Field Officer - Full time

  • Salary: $69,249 - $74,022 per annum
  • Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)
  • Ref No: 22-011 

Would you like the opportunity to join the Rangers, Parking and Community Safety team as a Field Officer?  This is an integral part of the City’s delivery of animal control matters and local law management that is focussed on a customer service approach. 

This position is subject to a roster that operates between 6am and 9.30pm seven days per week. 

Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria: 

  • Demonstrated responsive customer service skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to turn difficult situations into opportunities to positively promote compliance
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability and willingness to handle animals 

Applicants are required to have:

  • Current WA “C” class driver’s licence
  • Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Satisfactory National Police Clearance (NPC) within the last 3 months or appointment to the position subject to the ability to obtain NPC
