Executive Officer
- Salary: $98,404 - $113,125 per annum
- Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Officer who possess the ability to leverage a whole-of-organisation perspective by understanding workplace culture and political awareness to achieve agreed outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in key activities to support our Chief Executive Officer including executive business support, stakeholder management, KPIs and performance review management, and financial administration.
Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Advisor with administrative responsibilities, to a Chief Executive Officer or C-Suite executive – preferably in a large public or private sector organisation.
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Public Administration/Management/Executive Office Management and/or an equivalent level of substantial experience in a large organisation.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, including with a Board or similar governance body and senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement including digital service delivery to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer service and satisfaction.
