Skilled General Hand - Engineering Construction

  • Salary: $69,764 per annum ($1,341 per week)
  • Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)
  • 9 day fortnight

The City is seeking a Skilled General Hand Engineering Construction, responsible for carrying out engineering construction on the City's assets and infrastructure, in addition to operating heavy fleet and plant equipment. This is a hands-on role, where you will undertake construction maintenance including drainage and road resurfacing, while delivering exceptional customer service to the City’s residents, ratepayers, and employees.

To be considered for this role you will hold the following:

  • WA MR/HR Class Drivers License.
  • Appropriate plant operating certificates (Chainsaw and Excavator).
  • Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card).
  • Basic Traffic Management and Traffic Control Certificates
  • Current First Aid Certificate including CPR (HLTAID011 and HLTAID009
