Organisational Development Analyst (Business Improvement)
- Salary: $102,340 to $117,650 per annum
- Plus, up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and promote continuous improvement at the City of Joondalup, with a focus on analysing and identifying opportunities to improve business processes, practices and procedures.
This role is supported by a passionate and professional team and works collaboratively with the City’s Business Units to develop and implement strategic and high-quality organisational development outcomes.
Please ensure your brief covering letter (no more than 2 pages) addresses your skills, knowledge, and experience in relation to the following:
- Analysis and identification of opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures.
- Coordinating the development, implementation and documentation of organisational processes.
- Implementing and reporting on business improvement projects.
- Working with stakeholders to establish positive working relationships and lead teams.
