Customer Service Officer – Full Time
- Salary: $79,022 - $84,469 per annum
- Permanent Full Time position
- Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

The City is seeking a suitably experienced Customer Service Officer to assist with customer service and administration duties in the Community Safety Business Unit. Reporting to the Business Support Coordinator, this position will be responsible for delivering quality and timely customer service and administrative functions. The role engages internal and external customers, including City ratepayers and visitors on all Community Safety matters. Previous experience in a customer service role or administration in Local Government is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to resolve issues and provide successful outcome for customers.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply acts, regulations and local laws.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and to handle difficult situations.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to learn new computer applications.
