Supervisor Cleaning Services  

  • Salary: $97,802 to $105,447 per annum
  • Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)
  • 9-day fortnight
  • Commute use of vehicle

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Supervisor to join our Cleaning Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure cleaning services are delivered in a productive, safe, and timely manner. You will monitor and audit service delivery, oversee daily operations, and ensure the Cleaning Services team consistently provides a high level of customer service to employees, ratepayers, and residents.

To be considered, please submit a covering letter (no more than 2 pages) addressing your experience in the following areas:

  • Certificate of Competency for operating industrial cleaning equipment and/or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant leadership qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary team in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing employees and contractors and their performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial or public facility cleaning operations, including compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Successful applicants are required to hold a WA 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
