Sports Supervisor
- Salary: $97,802 – $105,447 per annum
- Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

This exciting role will see you lead the delivery of team sports programs and competitions at Craigie Leisure Centre. You will be responsible for the netball program, including supervising the sports team, managing program operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include overseeing competition management, driving program development, managing financial and administrative processes, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment for staff and customers. Your leadership will ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance with industry regulations, and innovative approaches to sports programming that meet community needs.
Your covering letter should address the following key criteria:
- Experience developing, implementing and evaluating sports programs, events and competitions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within a service focused environment to provide a high level of customer service to members and the public.
- Experience in supervising teams and working within groups to achieve desired outcomes in a customer/member service environment
