Improvement Analyst

  • Salary: $97,802 - $105,447 per annum
  • Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

The City of Joondalup is on an exciting transformational journey, focused on delivering customer-centric services. We are seeeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to identify, develop, and implement process improvement opportunities and create knowledge content for our team.

As an Improvement Analyst, you will take a proactive approach to identifying and supporting initiatives that enhance the customer experience. Reporting to the Manager Communications and Stakeholder Relations, you will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure the City's customer-centric approach is embedded across processes, systems, communications, and services.

Applicants are required to submit a covering letter (maximum two pages) addressing the following key selection criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certification in Change Management and/or Process Improvement tools and methodologies and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in process design, process mapping and continuous improvement, including business requirements gathering and documenting current/future state processes.
  • Proven ability to deliver process and/or system change within a complex organisation, including contributing to project and change management activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including data analysis, root cause analysis and using insights to identify imnprovement opportunities.
  • Experience producing high-quality knowledge, learning or content materials, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools includinng SharePoint.
