- Monday – Friday: $45.03 (includes casual loading)
- Saturday: $48.63 (includes casual loading)
- Sunday: $50.44 (includes casual loading)
- Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

We have an exciting opportunity for energetic, team-oriented Customer Service Officers to join the customer service team at Craigie Leisure Centre. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in a dynamic, customer focused environment. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, feedback, and requests in a professional and friendly manner. You will also promote programs and services to support increased utilisation, while providing efficient and accurate administrative support. The ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a proven track record in delivering high quality customer service, and the capability to complete administrative tasks effectively and efficiently. Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, between the hours of 4:45am and 9:15pm.

- Experience working with customers in leisure, recreation or allied health field in face-to-face environments and over the phone.
- Experience in using point of sale systems and promoting products and services.
- Ability to contribute to and work effectively as part of a team.
