Coordinator Rating Services – Full Time

  • Salary: $117,307 - $136,720 per annum
  • Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)
  • Permanent Full Time Position

The City is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our Rating Services team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of rating services, including the levy and collection of rates, management of the rates information database, and provision of specialist technical advice.

As Coordinator, you will oversee a small team, drive service excellence, support the City’s transition to a new system, and build capability through strong leadership and succession planning.

The successful applicant will require a relevant tertiary qualification, progress towards one, or extensive equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in rating services, debt recovery, use of property and rating system including rates modelling and strong understanding of relevant legislative requirements.

Previous experience in the use of Technology One systems, working with large databases and prior similar experience in local government is desirable, but not essential. If you are interested, we would like to hear from you.
