Customer Care Officer – Fixed Term

  • Salary: $81,986 - $87,637 per annum
  • Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)
  • Fixed Term Full time: until June 2029

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who have a strong commitment towards customer service excellence as we continue to grow our contact centre. 

As part of the Customer Care Team, the Customer Care Officer acts as the first point of contact for members of our community across multiple contact channels including face-to-face, phone and emails. 

The position's primary focus is providing a consistent, responsive, and outstanding customer experience while maximising first contact resolution.

Applicants need to provide a covering letter (no more than two pages) addressing the following key criteria:

  • Relevant experience in a contact centre or customer service role providing first contact resolution over various channels.
  • Developed problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively handle challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • High level interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

Appointment is subject to provision of a satisfactory National Police Certificate that is no more than three months old.
