Craigie Leisure Centre is a flagship destination of the City of Joondalup, and one of the largest multi-purpose leisure facilities in Western Australia. Team Leader Leisure and Aquatic Programs – Full Time

  • Salary: $117,301 - $124,012 per annum
  • Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader Leisure and Aquatic Programs to join Craigie Leisure Centre team in delivering exceptional aquatic and leisure programs.

The successful applicant’s key responsibilities will be to manage and oversee Swim School, Team Sports, Creche and Lifestyle programs. This will include providing specialist program advice, coordination of business planning and strategic direction, maintaining quality customer service, ensuring best positioning of programs in the marketplace, programming expertise, and overseeing people and financial management across these programs.

Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:

  • Extensive experience in the management of the leisure and aquatics elements within a multi-functional aquatic and leisure facility.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of program administration, development, implementation and evaluation relevant to the leisure industry.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills to positively manage customer relationships.
