Community Venues Booking Officer – Fixed Term Full Time
- Salary: $81,986 – $87,637 per annum
- Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)
- Fixed Term Full Time contract until 2029

The City is seeking an experienced and professional individual to join the dynamic and progressive Recreation Services Team. This full time fixed term position plays a key role in the administration of bookings for regular and casual hires whilst overseeing the management and functionality of City managed venues, including parks, beaches and community venues.
Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding internal and external customer service.
- Developed organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrated written communication skills, with proven ability to ensure clear and concise documents and correspondence are prepared.
- Experience in using facility booking systems and Local Government administration systems and processes.
- Ability to contribute to and work as part of a team.
