Building Maintenance Systems Officer  

  • Salary: $90,507 - $105,447 per annum
  • Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)
  • Permanent Full Time Position

The City is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified person to join the Asset Management business unit as a Building Maintenance Systems Officer. In this role you will administer and implement scheduled maintenance programs for the City’s building portfolio, undertake capital works and contract administration, and provide system maintenance and building access control support to the Building Maintenance team.

Applicants need to provide a covering letter (no more than two pages) addressing the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in (or progress towards) Asset Management, Building Maintenance, Facility Management, and/or relevant industry qualifications, and/or equivalent relevant experience (Local Government experience highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration and overseeing sub-contractors engaged in scheduled maintenance.
  • High level skills in office administration and purchasing activities, including accurate data entry skills.
  • Experience in information analysis, reporting and presentation of asset, work, and/or financial information. 

Appointment is subject to the provision of a valid WA C Class Driver’s Licence and a Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card).
