Senior Building Surveyor – Full Time
- Salary: $117,301 - $124,012 per annum
- Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced building surveyor to join the City in our Building Approvals team.
As one of two Senior Building Surveyors, your role will be to process a wide range of building permit applications, support and mentor less experienced staff and provide a high level of customer service, accurate advice and timely decision making.
Your covering letter (maximum 2 pages) will need to address the following key criteria:
- Experience and ability to interpret the NCC BCA, legislation, Local Laws, and policies and procedures.
- Experience in supervising staff within a building approvals environment.
- Ability to manage time, set priorities and organise work within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service.
The successful applicant will be required to hold:
- Tertiary qualification in Building Surveying.
- Current registration as a Building Surveying Practitioner.
- Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
- Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card).
