Pool Supervisor – Part Time x2

·         Salary: $82,122 per annum pro rata

·         Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

·         Position a) 15 hours per week

·         Position b) 22.75 hours per week

Craigie Leisure Centre is looking for two experienced Pool Supervisors to join the Craigie Leisure Centre team. This position is responsible for ensuring safe delivery of all activities, programming set up, water testing and plant room management.

 

The role will have flexibility for working across all operational hours and will have a variety of opportunities for office-baesd work as well as hands on pool deck responsibilities.

 

Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a customer-focused service environment, with highly developed verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of aquatic plantroom operations, including water chemistry testing, monitoring and maintenance practices.
  • Proven ability to apply sound judgement and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve operational incidents or issues in a timely.
