Community Venues Bookings and Administration Officer
- Salary: $81,986 – $87,637 per annum
- Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and professional individual to join a dynamic and progressive team and make a valuable contribution to the City’s Recreation Services Team. This position will be a pivotal role in providing administrative and bookings support to the department, along with on-going support to facility hirers. This role will be an integral part to the consistent improvement of facility administration systems and overall management of the City’s facilities, parks and open spaces.

- Experience in dealing with
internal and external customers and the general public.
- Developed organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience in coordinating administration and bookings systems.
- Ability to contribute and maintain effective relationships within a team environment.
