Casual Library Service Officer(s)
- Salary: $45.16 per hour (includes casual loading)

We are seeking to expand our pool of Casual Library Service Officers at Joondalup Libraries.
Casual Library Service Officers play an important role in supporting our library services by covering planned and unplanned staff leave across our Joondalup, Duncraig, Whitford and Woodvale branches. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to engage with our valued library community while working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional library services.
Applicants are required to submit a covering letter addressing the following criteria:
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality customer service using well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, be flexible and problem solve in a busy public environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use and support everyday digital technologies, including mobile devices (such as smartphones and tablets) and MS Office applications, and assist customers with basic IT and digital literacy needs.
Desirable:
- Experience in, or knowledge of, public library operations, including library management systems, collection administration and digital resources.
